Ernesto’s is the first solo project from Chef Ryan Bartlow. Located in Two Bridges, the restaurant showcases Ryan’s time as a young cook at the Michelin starred Akelarre located in the Basque region of Spain mixed with his last 12 years working in some of New York City’s greatest dining institutions.
