Designed by architect, Ariel Aufgang, The completed 400,000 sq ft structure will have a 210-room Marriott Renaissance hotel; 25,000 sq ft of retail; 32,000 sq ft of cultural and arts space for non-profits and community organizations; over 190 rental apartments; a 220-person gala ballroom; The Vic, a contemporary restaurant & lounge with live music; multi-functional meeting rooms; and lastly a 28th floor rooftop bar with 360* skyline views of Central Park, Hudson River, East River and the George Washington Bridge.Victoria Theater Building, steeped in history as the former location of the iconic Victoria Theater since 1917, has been transformed into a vibrant hub housing The Victoria Restaurant that offers Cajun inspired cuisine and craft cocktail lounge; Renaissance Hotel, residential tower, theater space, ballroom, rooftop and local retail shops (coming soon). Its modern design, adaptable layouts, and cutting-edge technology provide more than 9,200 square feet of event space across five venues, ideal for weddings, board meetings, team-building retreats, artistic performances, and various other occasions.
